About Jeff Burney

A native of Ottawa, Jeff Burney is the creator of Attica. Set in Ancient Greece, 450 B.C. Athens, capital of Attica, is a thriving city of merchants, craftsmen and free-thinkers from across the ancient world. Its citizens have adopted a new system called democracy and are poised to enter a golden age of progress... But their rival in the south will not tolerate a neighbor with elected leaders. Sparta has declared war on Athens and vowed to rid Greece of democracy.
